Shipping policy

SHIPPING

Orders are typically shipped within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) from time of payment confirmation. For domestic orders: delivery can take 3-7 business days from the time it leaves our facility. As we're a small operation and pack all orders ourselves there may be delays, but we try to be as quick as possible so we can get you your order fast <3

*Any items added to a pre-sale order will be shipped out with the order IN FULL when ALL pre-sale items are ready to ship. 

Most orders will include a tracking number while some smaller orders will not. To keep your shipping and handling costs as low as possible we may forgo the option for a tracking number as it can sometimes more than double the cost to ship. We use USPS for all orders under 2 lbs.

ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so that you can follow your order all the way home! Please allow at least 48 hours for the carrier to scan your package into their system. Please note that our Samples Packs do not receive tracking unless they were paid for with an additional fee. 
If you attempt to track your package within the first 48 hours of it leaving our warehouse and there is no information available that just means the carrier has not processed your package yet. 

 Because the USPS estimates delivery dates, transit times vary from one class of mail to another and cannot be guaranteed by us nor the USPS.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete addressed, is marked "unclaimed" or “return to sender,” or has been deemed undeliverable for any reason by the final mile carrier, we will notify you by email. Once the package is delivered back to us, our returns team will process it and refund the subtotal of your order.
A refund will not be issued until the parcel has arrived back in our facility.
Note: Once we have processed a refund, it can take your bank anywhere from 2-8 business days to process the refund on their end and issue it back to your account.
Make sure you provide the correct address at checkout because we are not responsible if your order gets delivered to the wrong address.
If you contact the final mile carrier after the order has left our warehouse and ask them to forward or redirect your package, we are not responsible if that package gets lost, stolen, or damaged.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We do not currently support shipping international outside of the United States. Please follow our social medias for updates regarding international shipping!
